A Deposit of VUV 100,000 per Villa is required upon confirmation of your reservation. Our Property Management System will automatically release a reservation if no payment is made within 7 days from date of this email.
Final Payments – The remaining balance of your holiday quote is required 45 days prior to your arrival date. Balance will be taken out from the appointed credit card used for your deposit. Otherwise please send us a confirmation of the bank to bank transfer.

Ratua accepts: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Please note there is a 4% bank surcharge all internationally issued cards. This surcharge is not applicable on locally issued credit cards.

Payment Processing & Refunds through ANZ eGate
All payments processed through the ANZ eGate Payment Facility, including both deposits and final payments, are subject to the following terms:
- Payments made via ANZ eGate are processed securely through the ANZ payment platform.
- All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction:
- For payments made through ANZ eGate, refunds will be processed back to the same card used for the original payment
- For payments made via bank transfer/telegraphic transfer, refunds will be processed to the originating bank account
- For cash payments, refunds will be issued in cash
- Refund Processing Times:
- eGate refunds typically processed within 5-10 business days
- Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

The above refund policy complies with ANZ eGate Payment Facility requirements and applicable banking regulations. Ratua Private Island Resort reserves the right to verify the original payment method before processing any refund. All refunds are subject to our cancellation policy timeframes as stated above. Any bank fees or currency exchange differences associated with refund processing will be borne by the customer.
BYO Beverage: Corkage fees apply to BYO beverages consumed at the restaurant.
